NO.1 - NO.2 - NO.3 Each house has 2 bedrooms, living/dining room, kitchen, fireplace and screened porch. Located 3/4 mile from the resort and walking distance to shops, galleries, the village marina and restaurants.	Up to 4 persons: $1199/week – $235/day Up to 6 persons: $1319/week – $255/day
BIRCHMONT 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living/dining room, kitchen, fireplace and screened porch. Located 3 blocks from golf course, 3/4 mile from resort and across the road from the water.	Up to 6 persons: $1,373/week – $275/day
BAYVIEW On the water, 2 bedrooms, living/dining room, kitchen, fireplace and screened porch. Located 3 blocks from golf course and 1 mile from resort.	Up to 6 persons: $1,479/week – $299/day
HARBOR HAUS 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living and dining rooms and kitchen. Located in village 3/4 mile from the resort and walking distance to shops, galleries, the village marina and restaurants. Pets not accepted in this house.	Up to 8 persons: $1,557/week – $349/day
GLENWOOD AND SHOREWOOD Each house has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living/dining room, kitchen and screened porch. Located 1/4 block from water, across from golf course and 3 blocks from resort.	Up to 8 persons: $1,579/week – $349/day
SHORECREST On the water, 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living/dining room, kitchen, fireplace and screened porch. Located 3 blocks from the golf course, 1/2 mile from resort.	Up to 9 persons: $1,839/week – $439/day
HAPPY HOLLOW: MAIN HOUSE On the water, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living and dining rooms, kitchen, fireplace and screened porch. Located one mile from resort.	Up to 8 persons: $1,789/week – $419/day
HAPPY HOLLOW: GUEST HOUSE On the water, 1 queen bedroom, double hideabed, living/dining room, kitchen and fireplace. Located one mile from resort.	Up to 2 persons: $1009/week – $189/day

Homes have full kitchens, TV, VCR and A/C. Linens and towels are furnished. Linen/towel change available mid-week. No daily maid service. Reservations must indicate the number of adults and children in party. Extra adults are $60/week, children are $36/week when over the stated rates.Homes rented on weekly basis during July and August. pre-season and post-season promotional rates are available. Small pets are accepted in some homes at an additional charge of $20/pet per day.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

Check-In Time is 3:00 p.m. on day of arrival.

Check-Out Time is 10 a.m. on day of departure.

The Alpine does not add gratuities for housekeepers, luggage carriers or bartenders. Please take this into consideration when planning your stay. There is a charge of $5 for each lost key.

Please note there may be minimum-stay requirements for the dates you request.

DEPOSIT/PAYMENT — A 50% deposit (unless otherwise specified) is required within 7 days to hold an accommodation. Personal check or money orders only. Balance due upon arrival (See below).

CANCELLATION — A service charge of $25 per accommodation will be withheld for cancellation costs. The remainder of the deposit is refundable only if cancellation notice is received at least 30 days prior to the arrival date, 90 days for homes, or if accommodation is later rented for the dates reserved, less handling charge.

RESERVATION POLICY - Check your confirmation for arrival and departure dates. If the reservation is changed after arrival you will be responsible for the original reservation dates.

PLEASE NOTE – Pets, private grills, tents or campers are not permitted on resort grounds. No telephones in accommodations.

Payment for accommodation balance may be in the form of cash, personal check, travelers check, Discover, Visa, MasterCard or American Express. Rates subject to 5 1/2 % sales tax and 5 1/2 % room tax.
